The Vineyard got its name from the fact that before the two took it over there actually was a vineyard over the site. The garden was the most famous aspect of the Hammersmith neighborhood, since the rest of the area was made up of churches and a nunnery. Today the Olympia Exhibition Centre sits over the former site of the nursery. Record created by Robert Manoso Connected EventsJefferson Visits James Lee | |
